Nuclear Directories is an AI-curated local business directory that provides business listing information, search functionality, and business owner tools including listing management, analytics, and premium placement options.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to scrape, harvest, or collect business data in bulk without authorization
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
• Claim a business listing that you are not authorized to manage
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or security
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt
• Post reviews or content that is defamatory, abusive, or violates any law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

4. Business Listings

Business listing information is compiled from public data sources including government registries, public directories, and user submissions. While we strive for accuracy, Nuclear Directories does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any listing information.

Business owners may claim their listings to verify and update information. The claiming process requires verification of ownership or authorized representation.

5. Premium Services and Billing

Nuclear Directories offers free and premium tiers for business owners. Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

The Nuclear Directories platform, including its design, code, AI-generated content, and branding, is the property of Nuclear Marmalade LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.

Business owners retain ownership of the content they submit to their listings and grant us a license to display it on the platform.

7. Disclaimers

Nuclear Directories is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Business listing information is accurate, complete, or current
• The results of using the service will meet your requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuclear Marmalade LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuclear Marmalade LLC and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
